With a degree in Communication from the University of Missouri, Kristin spent many years in sales, marketing, and public speaking within the corporate sector, achieving top sales performance numbers, before briefly taking on a management role in the non-profit sector and then joining DealerPRO Training. Having grown up in the retail car business working in her father’s dealerships, Kristin’s role as Manager of Dealer Development at DealerPRO Training has been a natural fit for the passion and experience Kristin brings to the automotive industry. As DealerPRO’s Manager of Dealer Development, Kristin works with Dealer Principals and General Managers across the U.S., Canada and the United Kingdom, building relationships that focus on improving overall customer experiences, increasing gross profits and improving CSI within the Dealer’s Fixed Ops Department. Kristin’s sales and marketing initiatives have resulted in partnerships with national firms such as Hunter Engineering, Navistar, NTP Stag, State Dealer Associations and Large Dealer Groups across the U.S. and Canada.
